Dear Formators in the Midwest Member Area (Regions 7, 8, 9),
Are you looking for a way to supplement your program for pre-novices, to connect them with an inter-community peer group, and to meet with other formators like yourself? If so, then the Inter-Community Pre-Novitiate gatherings at Siena Center in Racine, WI are your answer!
While we meet at the Siena Retreat Center, the gatherings are planned and coordinated by the participating formators. Each session has a guest presenter/facilitator on a particular topic, shared prayer, and time to reflect and socialize. We begin on Friday evening and end on Sunday at 11 a.m. Every effort is made to keep fees at a reasonable amount but cover costs.
