A peer supervision opportunity for those involved in formation ministry sponsored by the RFC beginning January 2025.

Why is supervision valuable?

Supervision enables us to enter into our experience as formators with skill and dignity. Supervision empowers us to live and trust the wisdom of our inner knowing and experience as formators.

Supervision involves:

  • Understanding organizational contexts in which formation occurs.

  • Integrating formal and wisdom knowledge from experience.

  • Identifying strengths and needed areas of growth.

  • Identifying and evaluating personal and profession goals

  • Making changes based on feedback, reflection and new insights.

Context:

A confidential monthly supervision group based on a contemplative evocative approach. Will take place on Zoom for 2 hours.

Cost:

  • Members: $40 / session
  • Non-members: $60 / session
