As we embrace 2024 with promise and hope, we invite you to discern and vision alongside us as we review and reflect on our membership and programming initiatives. We're always trying to make adjustments that better meet the needs of those we serve. Your input, ideas, and suggestions will help us do that.
A few guiding questions include:
- What additional member benefits would add value?
- What programming opportunities would you like to see more of?
- What formation topics are most critical to attend to right now in religious life?
In short: What member benefits and programs best serve initial and lifelong formation of women and men religious today?

As a mission-focused and member-driven organization, your input is critical to work of the Conference. Serving on the frontlines of religious life and formation ministry today, you know well the challenges and opportunities of this time. Here at the National Office, we're committed to listening and working together to craft the way forward.
