Dear Brothers and Sisters, Members of the Conference,
Most of our congregational members are up for renewal in January. If you're unsure of your community's membership expiration, please contact the National Office and we'd be happy to look this up (see contact information below).
If your congregation is up for renewal in January or February 2023, the primary contact has received a renewal notice by email with instructions on how to renew their membership.
If this information needs to be re-sent and/or if members have trouble navigating the new membership system, they are encouraged to contact the National Office.
We’ve worked hard the past couple months to implement a new membership platform that makes it easier for members to renew their membership, access and reset their login credentials, and update contact information as needed. Member feedback informed the move to the new system and allows for a better overall member experience.
Information shared and financial transactions made in the new Constituent Login Portal (CPL) are transmitted securely using the latest technology. When renewing memberships, members will be given the option of paying for dues online using a credit card or bank account withdrawal, or selecting “pay later” and sending in a check.
If you have questions and/or challenges with the new membership platform, please reach out to the National Office and we will work together to alleviate issues that may arise.
