“To give is to live – even after life”
Through an initiative organized by the Vasai Virar Mahanagar Palika, the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth at Nazareth School, Vasai, held a poster-making competition on the theme of “Organ Donation Awareness” on Aug. 5, 2025.
Students were actively engaged in creating posters that were both visually appealing and inspiring, effectively conveying the significance and dignity of organ donation. The Vasai Virar Mahanagar Palika office selected the three best posters for further evaluation.
The competition aimed to raise awareness about how organ donation can help preserve lives even after one’s death. It was a meaningful gesture of generosity and self-sacrifice. By using their creativity and compassion to convey this message, students made the event memorable for all.
