At its April 30-May 2 meeting the RFC Board of Directors welcomed three new Board Members: Richard Hall, OMI, from San Antonio, TX; Elyse Marie Ramirez, OP, from Springfield, IL; and Mary Walsh, CSJ, from Brooklyn, NY. Their terms will run through December 2019.
All three new Board members have been or are involved in formation or vocation ministry within their communities. Father Hall is currently Vocation Director for his congregation; Sister Elyse, a graduate of the RFC’s ForMission program, was coordinator of Religious Vocation Ministries for the Archdiocese of Chicago and is presently formation director for her congregation; Sister Mary has belonged to the RFC since 1999, has been vocation and vocation director for her congregation, and most recently co-chaired RFC’s Region 2. Mary will serve on the Board’s Finance Committee, Richard on its Governance Committee, and Elyse Marie on its 2019 Congress Planning Committee.
