We Are God’s Work of Art: Celebrating Our 2025 Jubilarians
On Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025, the Sisters of Charity Community gathered to celebrate this year’s jubilarians—Sisters marking milestone anniversaries of religious life from 10 to 85 years. The liturgy centered on the reminder that each jubilarian is “God’s work of art, fashioned in Christ, fashioned to shine with goodness and light” and echoed the words of Marty Haugen’s song: “From the foundation of the world you have chosen us, destined in love to be your sons and daughters. You have revealed to us the mystery of grace, to unite all things in Christ.” During the Mass, the jubilarians renewed their vows, and the celebration concluded with the congregation offering a blessing. Following the Mass, Sisters, Associates and invited guests continued the celebration with dinner and fellowship in the Dining Room.
