Have you recently been appointed to accompany new members in initial formation and looking to learn the most effective way to be that companion?
Are you already engaged in the ministry of formation and desire to update and sharpen your skills?
Do you want to journey with a peer community of learners/teachers and address the most current issues and present reality for those discerning a commitment to vowed religious life?
Yes, I want to engage these questions as part of the next ForMission class!
The new ForMission class will gather May 30 - June 7 at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago to explore "Spirituality for Apostolic Religious Life" and begin a 2-year journey to prepare to serve in the ministry of formation.
The January ForMission class had the privilege of learning from Marianne Farina, CSC, PhD (at right) on the topic of "compassionate listening." Doctor Farina is a Professor of Philosophy and Theology at the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology. One of the strength's of the ForMission program is the dynamic speakers and prophetic wisdom of its presenters.
The April 12 registration deadline is fast-approaching. Inquire now and have application materials sent to you!
Please don't hesitate to reply to this email or call if you have questions. I look forward to walking this amazing journey with you!
