In her final message, shared during the leadership gathering in Moncton in early June, Sister Grace expressed gratitude to all who walked with her during her tenure. She said, “Thank you for all you have been in my life these past eight years. Your love, passion, and commitment for our Federation of Charity has inspired me with unstoppable charity.” She will continue assisting with finances and the transition process through the end of July.

We warmly welcome Maureen Reiser, who officially assumed the role of Executive Director on July 1. Maureen brings a spirit of connection, a strong sense of mission, and a readiness to serve. In her first message to the Federation, she shared her appreciation for the kindness shown to her by the Board, leaders, and staff during recent in-person gatherings in Moncton and Leavenworth. She also acknowledged Sister Grace’s mentorship, calling her “a wonderful mentor” and thanking her for her guidance and generosity.

Maureen expressed her excitement about the work ahead: “I am looking forward to working with each of you as we all move forward in charity.”

We give thanks for Sister Grace’s leadership and welcome Maureen into this new chapter with encouragement and prayer.
