Earlier this month the Lake Erie/Ohio River Member Area sponsored a weekend workshop with Tony Gittins, CSSp on intercultural living and mission.
Input included exploration of cross-cultural and intercultural living (as differntiated from international and multicultural forms) as well as practical tools and approahces to utilize in cultivating healthy forms of culture and community in religious life today.
Given today's fragemented and polarized world, how can religious life be a public witness to intercultural living and mission?
The group spend time engaging this question and approaching it from the various congregations, contexts, cultures and social locations of the participants.
Pictures from the weekend session were posted on the RFC Facebook page.
