Last week, the Religious Formation Conference team spent a couple of days together at St. Benedict's Abbey and Retreat Center near Benet Lake, Wisconsin. The RFC team includes:
- Ryan Hoffmann, DMin, executive director
- Brian Michalski, program manager
- Susan Oxley, communications and membership manager
- Sister Jane Aseltyne, IHM, program assistant
Team members enjoyed the opportunity to get to know each other through shared prayer and meals, "Emmaus Walks," and conversations on working remotely, online file management/organization, and organizational planning. Thursday morning, Sister Jo Ann Miller, OSF, and Dr. Gary Petersen of the Strengths Development Center in Milwaukee worked with the group to explore their individual and communal strengths.
